2. About this role
As an Occupational Therapist (Contractor), you’ll complete functional assessments and design practical, strengths‑based strategies that help participants build independence in their daily lives and routines.
3. Day to day responsibilities

Complete functional and capacity assessments in homes and community settings

Develop clear, goal‑focused therapy plans with practical strategies

Provide written reports and recommendations that support NDIS goals

Work collaboratively with families, carers and support staff
-
Offer coaching and guidance to the Diverse Pathways team where needed
4. About you (Skills & Requirements)
-
AHPRA‑registered Occupational Therapist with relevant qualifications
-
Experience in disability, mental health or community‑based practice
-
Strong clinical reasoning and clear written communication skills
-
Warm, respectful and person‑centred approach to participants and families
-
Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
