Diverse Pathways Neurodiversity Support
Set on a spectacular purpose-designed 15-acre rural property in Mardi near Wyong on NSW's Central Coast, Diverse Pathways is a supportive hub where neurodiverse children and adults, people with disability, and their families are supported with care, understanding, and purpose.
Whether you're seeking group therapy activities and programs, School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) skills and training, or daily living assistance support, our dedicated team members will walk beside offering you skills for today, confidence for tomorrow and support for the journey as you reach your goals.
Our Specialised Services

Social & Community Participation
Providing neurodiverse people and those living with a disability the opportunity to access their local community. From a trip to the local shopping centre for groceries or a bite to eat, to something more adventurous like rock climbing or jetski riding.
Diverse Pathways are here to support you in exploring your particular interests, hobbies and achieving your goals.

Assistance with Daily Life
Diverse Pathways highly skilled support workers can provide
in-home support to assist with the daily living tasks.
Some of the supports can assist with ensuring chores are completed, along with maintaining daily routine within the home and meals are prepared.

Employment Readiness
Our comprehensive School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) programs go beyond preparing clients for the workforce.
They focus on building essential life skills necessary for both personal and professional success.
