2. About this role
As an Educational Support Worker, you’ll support young people to engage in learning, build study skills and stay connected to their education or training pathway in a way that feels safe, achievable and meaningful.
3. Day to day responsibilities

Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group learning support in school or community settings

Help young people build routines, organisation and study skills

Support attendance, engagement and confidence in learning environments

Work alongside families, schools and the Diverse Pathways team

Record brief notes and updates to track progress towards goals
4. About you (Skills & Requirements)

Experience in education, youth work or disability/community support

Strong communication skills and a calm, encouraging presence

Ability to build rapport with young people and their families

Organised, reliable and able to follow support plans and routines

A genuine passion for helping learners feel capable and included
