INTRODUCTION
What is Community Support?
Community Support is practical, flexible assistance designed to help people participate more fully in everyday life. It can include support at home, help getting out and about, transport, social connection, skill-building and support to take part in activities that matter to you.
The goal is not just to “provide support”, but to help each person build confidence, independence and connection.

OUR APPROACH TO COMMUNITY SUPPORT
A better match makes better support.
01
Meet & Greet
We get to know the participant, their needs, personality, interests and support preferences.
02
Support Worker Matching
We match the participant with a support worker who suits their goals, communication style and routine.
03
Personalised Support
Support is built around what matters most: independence, confidence, connection and quality of life.
04
Ongoing Flexibility
Support can change as goals, routines and needs change.
