15 Rural Acres at Mardi
Our purpose-designed, neurodiversity appealing property, set on 15 acres of lush farmland, is conveniently located just off the M1 at Mardi, near Wyong on the Central Coast.
Carefully created to provide a unique, safe, inspirational environment for our autistic and neurodiverse clients' engagement and growth.
The Homestead
Our amazing homestead offers purpose designed facilities for individual meetings and group therapy and activity sessions.
Our autistic clients and their families find it so wonderful to have a beautiful environment with so many different elements making it the perfect, safe and relaxed location.


Your Rooms
At our facility, we have more than 20 distinct areas designed to meet the specific needs of our guests and clients.
From assessment and technology rooms to a spacious recreational area featuring a pool table and foosball, Diverse Pathways offers a tailored environment for each of our services, catering specifically to our neurodiverse clients.
The Grounds
The property is designed to create the ideal environment for our clients' development and safety.
We offer separate playing fields, playgrounds, animal petting areas, and authentic farmlands.
The play areas are strategically equipped with picnic tables, allowing families to enjoy them outside of regular clinic hours.

The Farm
Animal therapy is an important part of our programs, so we have excellent petting facilities for our family of friendly animals living at the property, including calves, lambs, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens and a variety of lizards, a part of the Diverse Pathways experience that every kid loves.
The SLES Shed
Our purpose-built shed is ideal for a wide range of School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) programs aimed at autistic teenagers and adults aged up to 22 years. The facility features dedicated work areas for carpentry, equipped with drop saws and a variety of essential power tools. Additionally, there is a gardening and maintenance area that provides everything needed to learn about property upkeep and much more.
