Brush & Beyond is a half-day workshop where participants explore creativity using a variety of artistic mediums—such as paint, collage, clay, and more. This engaging experience encourages self-expression, helping individuals connect with their unique strengths in a supportive, inclusive environment.
As participants experiment with different materials, they build confidence, self-esteem, and self-acceptance. The workshop also promotes executive functioning skills through goal setting, project planning, time management, and decision-making.
