For art lovers, Our Brush it Out program offers children a structured yet flexible space to explore creativity, connect socially, and develop essential life skills. Through this immersive, hands-on experience, children gain emotional resilience, social confidence, and personal insight, all while embracing their unique abilities and perspectives through painting.
 
PROGRAM PURPOSE AND GOALS:
Enhanced Emotional Expression and Self-Discovery:
Children will get the chance to create their own pieces of art and improve their art-based micro-skills. The creative process supports enhanced self-development in noticing & understanding their own feelings and behaviours, whilst building a sense of self.
 
Boosted Confidence and Self-Esteem:
The program focuses on your child’s unique qualities and skills to build self-esteem, self-acceptance and self-expression in a safe, facilitated environment. The Brush it Out program focuses on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and independent problem-solving skills.
