The Employment Readiness School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) program equips neurodiverse individuals and those with a disability with essential skills for securing and maintaining employment. Participants will learn job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, behavioural interview techniques, and handling common questions.
The Employment Readiness SLES program focuses on communication, interpersonal skills, workplace etiquette, and self-advocacy, helping individuals build effective professional relationships and navigate workplace challenges.
SLES participants will also receive financial literacy training, including budgeting and understanding employee benefits. The program fosters a supportive community, encouraging peer connections and networking, while empowering participants to confidently pursue and succeed in their careers.
