Light & Pieces is a creative and calming school holiday group therapy program where participants come together to explore emotions through hands-on art activities like mosaics and suncatchers. Using broken tiles, coloured glass, and vibrant materials, they discover the beauty of piecing things together,  just like we do with our thoughts and feelings.
This sensory-rich experience helps participants build self-expression, patience, and focus, while gently supporting emotional regulation and social connection. As they create unique works of art, they learn that even broken or scattered pieces can come together to make something beautiful.
In a supportive group setting, Light & Pieces encourages confidence, creativity, and connection — helping each participant shine in their own way. Everyone will leave with a handmade creation and a sense of pride in their inner light.
