PROGRAM PURPOSE AND GOALS:
 
Enhanced Emotional Expression and Self-Discovery:
Participants will get the chance to create their own pieces of art and improve their art-based micro-skills. The creative process supports enhanced self-development in noticing & understanding their own feelings and behaviours, whilst building a sense of self.
 
Boosted Confidence and Self-Esteem:
The program focuses on your unique qualities and skills to build self-esteem, self-acceptance and self-expression in a safe, facilitated environment. The program builds on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and independent problem-solving skills.
