Through engaging activities and guided discussions, this program helps build confidence, improve social skills, and foster lasting friendships in a supportive environment.

PROGRAM PURPOSE AND GOALS:
 
Building Social Skills:
The Pre-Teen Boys Social group encourages peer interaction by providing a safe space for participants to practice initiating and maintaining conversations. They will have opportunities to form meaningful connections with peers who share similar experiences, and develop their conflict resolution, cooperation, and navigating social nuances skills.
 
Boosting Self-Esteem and Confidence:
Participants will have the autonomy to choose activities alongside their peers allowing them to highlight each boy’s unique abilities and talents. The group will provide a safe space for self-expression, allowing each participant to be heard and valued, building their self-worth. They will celebrate their achievements with their peers further fostering a sense of accomplishment.
