Children work together on game-building projects or play collaboratively in shared environments, enhancing teamwork and cooperation. The group projects encourage children to share their ideas, give and receive feedback, and discuss creative choices, which fosters effective communication skills. Children bond over shared interests, building lasting friendships and improving social confidence.

When children create games for others to play, they consider what will be enjoyable or challenging, which fosters empathy and perspective-taking. Role-playing focused games can help children practice understanding different viewpoints and developing empathy. The group setting encourages children to support each other's work, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate each other's successes.
