Nestled on a serene 15-acre rural property in Mardi, just minutes from Wyong on the Central Coast of NSW, Diverse Pathways is not your typical disability support service. It’s a vibrant, purpose-driven community designed to empower neurodiverse young people to live, learn, and thrive on their own terms.

At Diverse Pathways, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to discover their strengths, build their independence, and connect with others in a safe and supportive environment. What sets us apart is not just what we do—but how and where we do it.

A Purpose-Built Haven for Growth and Belonging

Our home base is truly special. The 15-acre property in Mardi is much more than a backdrop—it’s an integral part of the support we provide. With expansive green space, a welcoming homestead, dedicated learning and activity zones, and areas for animals, gardening, creativity, and socialising, the setting is designed to inspire calm, connection, and confidence.

For many of the young people we support, traditional clinical or city-based environments can be overwhelming. At Diverse Pathways, the natural setting reduces sensory overload and provides the space and freedom for participants to explore, move, and engage in ways that feel right to them. The result? Increased wellbeing, improved emotional regulation, and deeper engagement with learning and social experiences.

Person-Centred Services That Make a Real Difference

Diverse Pathways offers a growing suite of supports tailored to young people aged 15–24, particularly those with autism or related neurodivergent profiles. All our services are NDIS-registered and delivered by an experienced, values-driven team.

Our flexible SLES program supports young people in the important transition from school to employment or further education. Participants develop real-world skills, explore career pathways, build independence, and grow in confidence—guided by mentors who genuinely understand their needs and goals.

From cooking and budgeting to travel training and personal development, we help young people prepare for adulthood in a meaningful, practical way—on their own timeline, and in ways that suit their learning style.

Our Groups are fun, social, and engaging—covering interests like art, sport, cooking, animal care, LEGO, gaming, Pokémon, and Dungeons & Dragons. These groups create powerful opportunities for friendship, emotional growth, and communication skills, all while being genuinely enjoyable.

Our welcoming homestead offers a unique space for day programs and short-term support that feels more like a home than a facility. This calm, rural environment is especially helpful for individuals who may struggle with high-stimulus settings.

Our Vision: A Future Built on Strengths, Not Labels

Diverse Pathways is about more than support—it’s about transformation. We partner with families, schools, allied health professionals, and the community to create meaningful, long-term outcomes for young people with disability. We meet individuals where they’re at, and walk beside them as they carve out their own path.

And all of this happens in a space designed with intention, care, and respect for the people who use it.
