Program Overview: Build Real Admin Skills
From filing and digital literacy to managing reception desks and booking systems, the program is structured into four dynamic blocks:
Getting Admin Ready – Learn the foundations of office life, including personal presentation, workplace etiquette, and time management.
Keyboard to Screen – Master computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email communication, and online safety.
Service with Confidence – Develop customer service skills through reception simulations, phone roleplays, and managing waiting areas.
