Program Overview: Build Real Admin Skills

From filing and digital literacy to managing reception desks and booking systems, the program is structured into four dynamic blocks:

  • Getting Admin Ready – Learn the foundations of office life, including personal presentation, workplace etiquette, and time management.

  • Keyboard to Screen – Master computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email communication, and online safety.

  • Service with Confidence – Develop customer service skills through reception simulations, phone roleplays, and managing waiting areas.

  • Office in Action – Prepare for the real world with resume writing, mock interviews, job applications, and supported work experience.

Participants will complete practical projects, interact in simulated environments, and receive one-on-one support from skilled mentors and NDIS-experienced facilitators.
