That’s why our School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) programs are thoughtfully designed to equip neurodivergent individuals with both life skills and career readiness across a wide range of interest areas.
Our programs are perfect for autistic teens, young people with ADHD, and those seeking hands-on, personalised pathways into employment, independence, and community connection.
Each stream is delivered in small groups 2 days a week across 40 weeks, with real-world experience, supportive mentors, and a strengths-based approach.
🌱 Life Skills SLES Program
Our Life Skills stream supports young people in building confidence and independence. Participants learn essential daily living tasks, including budgeting, time management, meal planning, self-care, and household skills. This program is ideal for anyone wanting to feel more capable and in control of their future.
🍽 Hospitality SLES Program
From food preparation to customer service, the Hospitality stream introduces participants to exciting opportunities in cafes, restaurants, and event settings. Learners build real-world experience in a safe, inclusive environment.
🛠 Carpentry SLES Program

Learn customer service, stock handling, and merchandising in the Retail stream. Participants practice workplace communication and sales skills in mock and real-world environments.
🧘 Health & Wellbeing SLES Program
This stream integrates physical fitness, nutrition, mental health awareness, and stress management. It supports holistic personal development and long-term health.

How to Join a SLES Program
If you’re between 15 and 22, have finished Year 10 or above, and need support transitioning from school, you may be eligible through your NDIS plan.
Location: Divers Pathways - 110 McPherson Road, Mardi, Central Coast NSW
Schedule: 2 days a week, for 40 weeks across 4 terms
