Animal Care SLES
Our School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) program offers a rewarding pathway in Animal Care, with specialised courses in Farm Animal Care SLES Program and Pet Care SLES Program.
SLES Animal Care Program sets young people up for a career in animal management or wellbeing.

Tailored for Neurodiverse Learners

Each module is thoughtfully designed to support autistic teens and young adults and those with other disabilities, helping them develop social, emotional, and practical skills. Participants learn how to:

  • Feed, clean, and care for animals safely

  • Communicate clearly with peers and instructors

  • Manage tasks independently and follow daily routines

  • Recognise animal behaviour and understand empathy

  • Explore potential employment in animal care industries

Our support Hub is a restful, rural escape centrally located on a sprawling 15-acre rural property Diverse Pathways offers a serene and peaceful environment conducive to growth, learning, and self-discovery.
