The Diverse Pathways School Leavers Employment (SLES) Animal Care Program?
Our NDIS Animal Care SLES program blends learning with joy, giving participants the chance to:

Tailored for Neurodiverse Learners
Each module is thoughtfully designed to support autistic teens and young adults and those with other disabilities, helping them develop social, emotional, and practical skills. Participants learn how to:
Feed, clean, and care for animals safely
Communicate clearly with peers and instructors
Manage tasks independently and follow daily routines
Recognise animal behaviour and understand empathy
Explore potential employment in animal care industries

Our programs are locally delivered across the Central Coast. Our support Hub is a restful, rural escape centrally located on a sprawling 15-acre rural property Diverse Pathways offers a serene and peaceful environment conducive to growth, learning, and self-discovery. Surrounded by nature's beauty, participants can rejuvenate their spirits and embark on a transformative journey towards personal and professional fulfillment.

This is more than just a school leaver program — it’s a stepping stone to independence. Throughout the course, participants:
